At The Pepper Ninja Hot Sauce, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing quality hot sauces and want every customer to enjoy their purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for food safety reasons, all hot sauce and other food product sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for food products, whether opened or unopened, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thepepperninja.com.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product and packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for your financial institution to post the credit.
